Trying to get a 6pack or 8pack! do u no any good ab work out tricks?? - ab toning tips
I am a dancer, and I work regularly. I write a lot of Krug and abs, but their work is not really what I thought, I really want to tone DOWN! Gole is that I have a 6-pack in the middle of summer .. can u help me? Any tips?

Food .. Losing body fat is more important than abdominal training
might have one 6-pack, but you need the fat that you lose or do not want to see.
Then a little if necessary or for food .. and then do squats. If you do not need the power situps only .... ...... lol
